Day One

Wow, what a day. It actually wasn't half bad. I followed my calorie restriction and came in at just over 1200 which isn't bad considering before I did this I probably ate that many in a sub I had for lunch, lol. I even ate breakfast, which I don't do unless it's a McMuffin. I was startled that my coffee that I drink each morning has 190 calories in it. Going to have to find a way to lessen that. Start adding less sugar each day or switch to splenda maybe? My workout is the Firm with the Fanny Master thing and I did the Cardio Sculpt this evening. My 5 year old was working out with me, bless his heart. I could only do 30 minutes out of the hour program before I was out of breath and red faced. My son, on the other hand, was just getting started lol. Hopefully, after I make this a habit, I will be able to do the whole hour without being out of breath. I should probably quit smoking to accomplish this as well. For all of you that's reading this, I hope somebody realizes that we're not in this alone. There are people out there that are taking it one day at a time. If I mess up, I have to keep going this time. I CAN NOT give up. I also found out, I really only weigh 150 pounds today. HUGE PLUS!!!! Tune in tomorrow............
